COVER Customer Care Awards
COVER is delighted to announce an exclusive new set of awards, The Customer Care Awards, which seeks to recognise exceptional service from protection and private medical insurers. COVER decided to launch The Customer Care Awards as a standalone set of awards, with 15 brand new categories, to be hosted at lunchtime on Friday 19 May 2017.
These smaller awards are designed to complement October's big COVER Excellence Awards which is focussed mainly on product and lifetime achievement. Instead The Customer Care Awards are on a mission to seek out the unsung heroes - both individuals and teams - in the industry who are working hard every day to support advisers and customers in areas such as claims and underwriting.
As public perceptions of insurers can often be low, these awards will shine a spotlight on and celebrate all of the good services that insurers provide, which are often rarely publicised. The awards will initially be voted for by COVER readers and those who have received votes will submit written entries of 800 words, which will be judged by an exceptional panel of intermediary and independent judges.
