COVER magazine is delighted to announce the second year of The Customer Care Awards, which will take place in May 2018.
These awards recognise exceptional service from individual protection, group protection, and private medical insurers, as well as associated firms that represent technology and added value services.
This year our standalone set of awards features 14 categories including two brand new accolades for 2018.
These smaller awards have been designed to complement October's big COVER Excellence Awards which is focussed mainly on product and lifetime achievement.
Instead The Customer Care Awards are on a mission to seek out the unsung heroes - both individuals and teams - in the industry who are working hard every day to support advisers and the end customers in areas such as claims and underwriting.
The awards will be open to all firms within the insurance and protection industries. COVER readers will also have the opportunity to vote for or nominate other firms as part of the awards entry process. Firms will then be asked to submit an entry of 800 words, to be judged by an exceptional panel of intermediary and independent judges.
