COVER FOCUS Early Intervention
COVER magazine and Unum's jointly-produced ebook on the benefits of Early Intervention - launched in December 2015 - found that long-term sickness absence costs British companies £4.17bn every year. And that figure is growing. But by providing access to support early on, businesses can reduce that absence by an average 17% - improving productivity and cutting costs.
To raise awareness of the business benefits of early intervention and Group Income Protection - which can help provide the skills to deliver prompt support - COVER and Unum are launching COVER in Focus.
The breakfast event introduces a new format for COVER, where you will have the chance to meet and discuss the benefits of early intervention and what it involves with expert speakers in small, focused groups.
Our speakers include:
- Andrew Potterton - Head of Proposition Developement at Unum
- Joy Reymond - Head of Vocational Rehabilitation Services at Unum
- Carole Keith - Director at Minding Your Business
- Jo Blood - Managing Director at Posture People
